Through this session, we will cover:

  • Examples of reasonable adjustments you can make to the interview process to promote accessibility and inclusion
  • The importance of using inclusive language when asking interview questions
  • How to respond when a candidate discloses health related information
  • Examples of inclusive pre-onboarding and onboarding procedures
